Damages or incorrect deliveries

In the unlikely event you receive damaged or incorrect tiles, please advise us within 2 working days of delivery, so we can arrange replacements.


Other returns

If you are not happy with your order or want to make a change, please advise us within 14 working days of delivery.  The items must be returned to us at your own cost, in good condition and any intitial delivery costs will not be refunded.
